End Users: Individuals who interact with Business Customers through the Services provided by ReplyBlue.Each group has different rights and responsibilities with regard to data. Understanding your role is key to understanding your rights and our data practices.

d. Business Customer ObligationsBusiness Customers are responsible for:
• Informing End Users about the nature and purpose of data collection
• Providing clear consent options, including cookie notices
• Ensuring transparency and legal complianceReplyBlue is not responsible for how Business Customers handle data. End Users should consult the privacy policies of the businesses they’re interacting with.

3. How We Use Your Information

a. Account and Platform Management

We use your data to create, manage, and support your account, and to deliver communications regarding your use of the Services.

b. Platform Usage and Preferences

We analyze usage trends and system interactions to optimize performance and personalize your experience.

c. Business-Customer-Controlled Data

ReplyBlue acts on behalf of the Business Customer to process personal data exchanged with End Users. The Business Customer is responsible for:
• Obtaining lawful consent
• Ensuring lawful processing
• Complying with data protection laws

d. Technical OperationsWe collect device and network information to:
• Detect and resolve issues
• Prevent fraud
• Maintain system integrity

e. Analytics & Product Development

We use anonymized data to monitor performance and improve service features, reliability, and user satisfaction.

f. Communications and Feedback

We track communications for customer support and quality assurance.

ReplyBlue may integrate with third-party tools. Your use of such features is governed by the respective third-party’s privacy policies.

As a Business Customer, you:

• Train your team on privacy best practices
• Notify affected parties and ReplyBlue in the event of a data breach
• Provide users with rights over their data (e.g., access, delete, correct)SMS-Specific Compliance: You agree to comply with applicable SMS privacy laws, such as the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and any regional or state-level rules.
